Anyone who signed onto a 12% mortgage, even if that rate didn't kick in immediately, is naive to think that it won't come around to bite them in the butt. You damn fool, they weren't told the rates would go to 12%. And when they said they wanted a fixed rate, they were told that was the only rate open to them. So they took it because they too, like you, wanted to belong to the American dream. Hypocrite. You are no frigging Christian.....just an ugly winger.
