Interesting concept, the trust preferreds sit atop the Gov. preferreds. Still, I'd stay away from C.

Yes, C is one of the weakest of the money center banks but I don't think even it will get nationalized. I have to believe the Obama administration knows that's a dangerous gambit both politically and economically.
