Off and on. It has been fairly quiet the past couple of decades because of the money coming in from the US. Now that is in decline, they are back to their old ways.

BTW I saw a photo of P. Swayze this past week. The man is thinner than Steve Jobs. He must be very close to dying.

Ted, this board may be many things but it isn't 'The National Enquirer' - yet.
And most of us don't want it to become that either.
