bill you have no only a limited idea of what you are talking about if you want to lay all of this on the Clinton years.I worked 23 years in mortgage banking and have a bit of a clue of the time lines.Forget your Limburger talking points.

Yes Clinton and some of his ilk were responsible for part of the mortgage mess too I agree but they did not stick the fork in the pig.

And even if they did do two wrongs make aright? I love the crap thrown towards Bill when your boyz had 8 years to clean it up but did NOTHING!

BTW on CRE loans there were no stated income loans. People had to verify employment and income. In addition in most cases a small down payment was required. In addition there weere a very small % of the home loan universe. Your 100% stated and no ratio and all the sub prime slime really took off after 2001 especially in 2003-2006.

Hud has been a off sheet slush fund for years and came on most under Raygun.

partisanship in this day in age is an incredible waste of time and misdirects energy. those who continue to push partisan logic either are clueless or working to make sure NOTHING changes. we don't have two parties in reality. we have politicians and the rest of us
