Except where the realtors and lenders are crooked and what to lock in as many people into mortgages as possible as happened in the early years of this decade.

There is no evidence of an inordinate number of Realtors and/or lenders who are crooked causing this fiasco. AFAIK, nobody has been arrested yet.

If anyone should have been, they'd people on Obama's staff.
