With the end of the cold war it made sense to shrink the military. Yes Bush I started it, but Clinton probably took it too far.

Tex, your version of a fact & an actual fact per the dictionary are two completely different things. When it comes to political debate you're a typical LWE, so facts are malleable things that can be changed as often as necessary or invented out of thin air to fit into your world view.
