Wall St. i.e GS, JPM and MS don't benefit from this. GS supposedly had mucho counter-party risk w/AIG and thats why Paulson saved them. If anyone could come out w/counter-party risk graph (doubtful) we could follow the money and find out where the crooks are. IMO
