Location. Location. Location. Word has it that real estate prices dropped drastically after a derivatives scandal. They had oversold the dwellings in Eridu to sub prime wages slaves building hanging gardens for Nebuchadnezzar 0.1 and the subsequent economic collapse caused bank failures all over Sumeria. Now Eridu is dust in the wind. The banking fraternity was toast for 4000 years after that and small wonder. A glance at the pit where Eridu once rose, shows that someone was working some kind or RE scam on desert front property. I wouldn't put dog houses on those lots. EC<:-}
