Some background DD and some intuitive sense that NCX should not
collapse over bank covenants, they had the money, but were stuck with bank terms. NCX consumes over 20% of all Alberta Nat Gas, despite what the Premier said, failure would have been very nasty for Alberta and for Ontario wher they also have significant facilities.
