Tony Re: Flash memory plant

Posted on INTC for Wealth last week volatility problem for mkt in general, tech in particular. Now Reuters reports INTC plant change due to volume necessity for logic memory chips. Don't think it's spin, too bad they waited till after hours, altho I think we will get hit, maybe more next week. Spare cash, wanted to wait till Dec. for more of above, CPQ, COMS &/or SUNW? Will state again, the rebound begins by T-giving, Spring '98 will be new highs, subtantially!! Alan Bond on WSW touts buying Intc, Cpq, Dell, after more over-selling. He pushed Phelps Dodge when it was at 40, I bought, sold in high 60's, went to 80. Respect him more than most, even Gail DUDack tonight admits downturn short-term will not effect long-term growth of USA mkt. Hong Kong/Ding Dong, market was hyped, over-extended, long-termers keep the faith. BTW-noticed John Hull has been posting more frequently. John, if you're reading, from a long-term owner of your company, why the delay on clarification when the "plant" issue used as excuse to allow major sell-off? New investors got hurt, whole semi group affected.
OTOTOT- Comp sci senior at Penn has more interviews than he can handle. Tech cos. coming to East coast, including MSFT, HWP, lots others. He'll be busy.
