Richard, All I did, and it may not have been the complete, correct way, was sent a piece of paper with my Name, user name, accoutn number on it and asked that the certificate be deposited into my account. I sent it certified, over night and it was in my account, ready to trade in 3 days. This was into an exisiting account. If the account is not open yet, you would fill out the forms to open an account, and instead of sending a check, just send the certificate. Bryan
