Let me repeat one more time.....use the historical data(the hard number for the DJIA that is given everyday the market is open)from the 950 at the start of Reagan's term. Now use the hard numbers generated under Reagan,Bush I and Bush II........now is that number big or smaller than 950? Could you just follow me and give me your answer in an absolute number? When you get this number, then if you want to do your percentage, have at it, only tell me if the percentage was a positive or negative.

Okay! I'm merely asking you to use hard numbers, and then you can do your percentage.
