They have suffered unjustly. No, they've been well treated. Obama had a report prepared on Guantanamo and it said Guantanamo met Geneva requirements. Are you implying Obama's part of a coverup? They have lost years out of their lives. They were denied any kind of rights until the Supreme Court ruled in June of 2008: No, they were covered by other procedures before the SC decided Congress's Military Commissions Act should be modified. But thank you for proving my point that there was a due process in place till Obama halted proceedings.
