GM has been wasting a lot of resources. It wouldn't be a tragedy if it was reorganized under bankruptcy or even if it went under.

It's the second biggest nameplate in the world and the biggest in China, the fastest growing market. That is with the additional burden of employee health care which many of it's competitors do not have.

The lack of national health care is GMs major problem... with it they would be solid as a rock.
