I'm not sure what has to be revealed in the 10-Q, but I do know the S-4 will be filed by the end of next week and this will document the negotiations leading up to the merger. Will it include contracts and potential contracts? I don't know. Perhaps if someone's familiar with S-4s, they can give us a better idea what to expect.

I'm a little worried it's like sausage --- better not to know what goes into making it.
