I I do realize how lucky i am to have Gina. I credit her for my good health. Gina`s menu is the envy of every dietitian and doctor we have ever talked to. Growing up poor eating only vegetables you could grow or scavenge,dandelion leaves are at their best when they've just emerged,mushrooms,fiddleheads,sasparrilla roots for drinks,etc seems to be the ticket to veery good health. No fat people in her family. So can the kids and grandkids claim to be genetically predisposed if they happen to be a fat slob?-nfg-
