Find which customers have room on their other credit cards to which they can transfer the unpaid balance. They have to do it quick before their credit limits are cut elsewhere.

Ummm...I had a $15K credit line with them for my business and just got a letter this week that they closed it because I've never used it in the two years I've had it. They didn't give me $500 or even $300. :(
