It's tough John. My brother drinks beer by the case and never has a problem. I have another friend who can eat anything.

I gain a pound if I eat 2 oz of chocolate.

My body is an oddity of nature defying the laws of physics.

finally broke 190. hit 189 for the first time.

Wonderful, John. I am envious of your workout credo. If I don't break though soon I will be forced to it. Keep my calories under 2000 yesterday. Small victory, but.......

Getting a hospital outpatient "procedure" today. Draining that kidney cyst. I believe the Surgeon is the Radiologist who scored my Cardiac CT on their new 64 GE. Intend to ask him a few things if I get the time out of him. Radiation questions, mainly.

I want to find out if they are using the reduced radiation software that cuts a Cardiac heart scan and a CTA by half. And exactly what output they use there. A standard X-ray gives you about 0.1 mSv. A CT Cardiac is normally around 2 mSv. Chest, 5-7 mSv, Abdomen the same. The "prospective axial ECG gating" software times the X-ray to on/off between heart beats.

I go in at 8, get some "happy juice" twilight sleep and should be home by noon.
