*OT* You might be interested in the cover story in Sunday's NY Times magazine about very sick people that have complex conditions defying conventional diagnosis, and the 'molecular level diagnosis' effort that the NIH is doing working with them. Interesting piece, in case you had not seen it.

I freeze my pet food if I will be storing it for long periods of time..............it never is good to buy a huge quantity of pet food that will last for weeks if stored at room temp..............not much nutritional value is left after 30 days storage.

I have seen studies done at the former Lobound Labs at Notre Dame by nutritionists and their work confirmed the above info.

Heating for prolonged periods of time most always destroys nutritional value.
