Another small step toward Bema's ultimate goal of taking over ECM. ECM has huge land holdings and huge potential. Now, if the court rules in favor of PDG over KRY and upholds property rights in Venezuela, we should see activity pick up substantially down there. I see where a decision (due this week) was postponed for 4-6 weeks. Rats. That keeps Placer and companies around the Las Cristinas property in limbo for anther 6 weeks.
