"Fed news not so bullish"

This from the "media":

Stocks ticked higher Tuesday, bouncing off a 12-year low on Monday, as Federal Reserve Chief Ben Bernanke testified before a Senate finance panel.

NO, NO, NO, can someone tell the "MEDIA" to get the story
straight :

Stock moved higher after I unloaded a bunch of crap in
the toilet.

Gee, can they give credit properly where it's due.

There are some bullish divergences out there....brazil. china, and techs, all strong....no retesting of lows.

While the BPINDU has hit 3, BPSPX and BPNDX have not gone back down to the lows.

The DOW is the weak sister here.

SKF was up 7 days in a row....geezus. Aytime that thing has gone green 5-6 days in a row....it has plummeted afterwards.
