consumer confidence came in at 25 this AM.....the lowest reading ever since this economic metric was set up. Not surprising. You've had the Dems talking the economy down for months. So, yeah, consumer confidence is lousy. And frankly, for the first time in my memory, a president has been guilty of bashing the economy. So much so that a former president in his own party has had to tell him to present a more optimistic picture which he will purportedly try to do tonight. The crap you guys pulled breaks my heart. You took a country that was in great shape economically and systematically pulled it down. You keep saying that but can't quite tell us what "we" did. As usual, you're trying to blame economic problems created by a liberal congress on the Rs. Nothing new here.
