For some reason, Omega 3 from linseed oil just doesn't cut it for effect on humans.

The piece recognized that point. That's why they had the cattle, who can process the linseed oil, eating it and the people eating the cattle.

LB,

For some reason, Omega 3 from linseed oil just doesn't cut it for effect on humans. This piece sounds like a rewrite of a Valorex PR release.

They feed the animals lineseed oil (not the people). The animals convert some fraction of it to more useful EPA/DHA, and, hopefully, their meat ends up having more Omega 3 and less Omega 6 AA.
