Nah, not dreaming. America is still a bastion of strength amidst the ruining of the world. The European empires crested centuries ago. The Japanese empire reached its peak in the 80s and China was king of the world in 2007. Operative word being "was" in case it needed highlighting. All that remains is the American empire which will lead the way for at least another 100 years. Besides, no one else has a tactical intelligence arm like the CIA which is an American weapon nonpareil.
