To All,

a little more (good) news.. on NBR tonight, Kangas quoted a Teradyne person they spoke to today as saying that as a result of the currency problem, they expect orders to decline by only about 5%.

Ian,

Agreed,

Flip chips will grow over the next three-five years to constitute 10% of the equipment market and KLIC is positioned to service a healthy portion of that market already (and KLIC along with Delco Electronics bump flip chips in Phoenix- so KLIC should benefit twofold from flip chip production moving forward...). Agreed that traditoinal wire lead chips will be INTL"s mainstay- also any drop in prices for chips I believe to be bullish for equipment makers as it stimulates chip demand....

Sincerely,

Doug F.
