i agree...

any one trick pony town in this environment is extremely vulnerable to plant closure pain wrt to property values and tax base.....my husband's grandparents lived in a small town similar to wilmington and when the dupont plant shut down (was very small, but employed a disproportionate of people relative to the population there) what little 'boom' they had went completely bust, the knock on effect for the smaller businesses and suppliers is really bad news
