But you are still* trying to compare two entirely different things:* No Buddy I'm not. I posted information on "effective tax rates (total taxes divided by total income)" I posted an additional point that included the percentage of federal income taxes paid by the wealthy, but only in the context of comparing that to the percentage of income earned by the wealthy, so its also dealing with the same exact issue, comparing the taxes paid to the income.
