Greg: I have been investing for 27 years. I do this for a living. Perhaps this is where our different analysis methodology comes from. As an investor I KNOW that you can NEVER know all the facts about any company, deal or investment. Don't take my word for that. Most good books on investment usually make that point. You are ALWAYS operating with a series of unknowns. How could it be any other way? If all were known, all would be reflected in the price and there would be absolutely no point in investing in the fully valued asset.

As a good investor you diligently try to get all the facts that you are able to dig up. You try to be as objective as is humanly possible. You try to be thorough. You try to be analytical. But, all the while, you remain keenly aware that you will NEVER have the whole picture.

I use words like approximately, potential and supposedly because those are accurate, Gregg. For instance, "potential" and "proven" reserves are not all valued at precisely the same price. There is variance; thus, approximate is a good word to ACCURATELY describe it. "Potential" is the word used by the oil industry itself to describe the results of these seismic studies. "Supposedly much larger" was used because even though I have repeatedly read that Chikaduk is considerably larger than Begash, I haven't ever been there myself....I don't know for absolutely sure that it is.....and I certainly don't want to state for a FACT something I only BELIEVE to be true; but haven't independently verified.

Hope this clarifies things for you.
