Do you not KNOW that most new drugs are a direct result of American R&D? Why do you think the same drugs cost less in Canada than here? Dumbass. I guess you think it's great that US citizens pay exorbitant rates for drugs, compared to Europeans. Because we have a system that favors drug companies over patients I don't think it is great but it is the consequence of drug companies operating in a global economy. They charge what they can here, and they charge what they can in Europe. Your total lack of understanding of the basics of microeconomics is astounding for a person who claims to know something about business. I don't think you could have gotten through business school without at least ONE course in Micro.
