Mike, I agree with your sentiment on follow up treatment, I think it would be like when a person goes to the Dr. for sore throat and strep is indicated, it's been my experience that the Dr. prescribes the antibodies, and there is no follow up to check for eradication of the strep. Ofcourse once in a while the patient gets the symptoms back, and has to go back to the Dr. (usually when the treatment wasn't followed through by the patient).
