For one, we have several fewer unindicted war criminals holding prominent positions in our government as compared to say, October 2008.

The key point here is "unindicted".

Obama has Eric Holder as Atty General. Shall I summarize his complicity in the protection of his client that provided money and arms for the slaughter of Colombian peasants for you?

Obama has refused to prosecute any Bush criminals. Doesn't that mean he condones their actions? I say yes, because he is going to continue their policies.

The only reason sending a drone bomb into a Pakistani wedding party isn't a war crime is because the gov't of Pakistan has neither the balls nor an effective avenue to challenge the might US army/gov't on this issue. The very same action, 911, caused such a spasm in this country that we've invaded two countries over the issue, neither of which had any fault or connection to the action.
