I'm quite familiar with everything you mention, the Japanese have never paid enough for what they did, and the culture of denial that exists there about WWII war crimes needs to be taken out and publicly shot. The "crime" part of the term war crime is not a matter of relative harm, except perhaps in the small minds of deniers. Your denial of a specific and clear point of law is absurd.
