Yet, as I pointed out, we do have more than 50% of the top drug companies. 12 out of 20. That's more than 50%. No?

More importantly, over half (between 55-60%) of all drug R&D expenditures in the world are spend in the United States, a country with, what, 5% of the world's population? One country of 300,000,000 people doing nearly 60% of all drug R&D in the world.

So, I stand by my statement.
