As discussed, I disagree. If it takes another month to get it right, then take a month. This is too important and there is too much data. They are first collecting info with the "stress test" so they know the extent of the problem. That's the right thing to do. Can't solve a problem unless you know what it is.


The problem is we don't even know what they will do after they give a bank the stress test. What happens if a bank fails? IS there a run on that bank? Does the stock sell off to zero? What happens to the assets? These are the kinds of details people are looking for. They are not operating on a dummy....there are real people involved with fears and concerns. Its not rocket science........there is no reason why these issues can't be determined now.
