Could be. Trouble is, the Fed ain't god. They just think they are. In the currency world, gold is god and the Fed knows this. All central banks know this, which is why they keep gold while declaring it a relic and irrelevant and all that other nonsense.

At some point POG will do it's job. And there will be nothing the Fed or the ECB can do about it. As it is should be.
