Well Biden it's your Administration's fault for slamming through a bill that you didn't give anybody and chance to read. Legislation is passed based on what the words say, not intentions. If you wanted certain effects from the legislation, you should have put the language in the bill. The States don't, can't and should not have to READ YOUR PEA BRAINED MIND!
