I have been following BAC and C.......and they look to me making a positive divergence: they keep going green even as the Dow goes lower. Very bullish. I sold some of my FAS but bought it back a little lower when I saw how strong the banks were behaving. Imagine what will happen if Geithner comes up with a real plan. ;-)

The BKX went green before the Dow. In fact, I think its the banks driving the Dow up.
