It's an illusion, in a nutshell, you lease gold then have the lesse' sell it down hard thereby suppressing the monitor of inflation and thus the dollar maintains strength, but if that gold takes off showing true inflation the dollar will respond in kind, thus you have our "strong dollar" policy, lease gold the sell it down and everything looks oky doky, but the fact is it's not....

there are at least a 1/2 dozen here as well as many other places you can get this info, try financialsense.com but you just got it from the former sect of treasury-
