The Chinese are looking for new consumers/customers. The American consumer is addicted to cheap goods. The Chinese are creating new consumer in Africa. Just think of the opportunity that the Chinese have. The Chinese know it. They are willing to pay the Africans a fair price for their recourses in return, they will flood the African markets with cheap goods. That will be a perfect storm for America.
