For those producing the capacity, I understand the credits are turning into grants because of lack of interest from wall street due to lack of profits.

How much interest has WS had in nuke plant starts in the last 30 years?

We really need to work on incentives for both nuke and solar... and wind.

Since when has Wall Street been interested in profits? Over the last couple of years, they were producing deficits and paying themselves bonuses with money that Bush and Paulson gave them with no strings attached. They must hate Obama who will scrutinize what they are given and ensure that they don't spend the money on $20,000 toilets.
