kerry, i'd sell the txn puts and keep the mu puts at least through their earnings disaster. IF the herd starts stampeding again, they will jump on txn.

they earned a $1.20 last q. with a little growth you can justify earnings of $5.50 or so. multiply by 20 and you get $110.

mu is losing money. $30 is waaaay too much.

however, who woulda thought gtw would gap up this morning ;-)

then again, i sold my nov 20s when txn was $135 :-( what do i know...

Kerry, I am rolling down on TXN and MU, but your TXN puts are already pretty far out of the money, so I'd hold on to them. You could see MU in the teens again once the Xmas hype flops, AGAIN, so I wouldn't want to be without representation there, and you Jan 30s look awfully good. I'll buy them from you at 7/16 if you are cash poor. -vbg- If you are using 90/10 and have room to buy another third, I wouldn't disturb these yet. If you are fully invested in the puts, you may want to take money off the table after what I expect to be some pretty gory (not Al Gore-y -g-) moves on Monday.
