How many people have compressed NG tanks near their homes?

But what I have in mind is more along the lines of either Metal Hydride storage, or using tanks made from carbon fiber (ala QTWW's 10K storage system).

It's really not much different than the "PHIL" system for refueling cars like the Honda GX. Great idea, but Honda has failed to support it like they promised. But would be fully applicable to any Hydrogen.
