FYI - the timing has nothing to do w/anything...

I've been watching small accumulation every once and a while for months w/no PR news

After the last trade went through - I went to the site and there I found news....

Obviously the timing is just a 'coinkydink'. Lots of Boards remain fallow for a year or so, until something significant changes.....

They were making some progress with the Chinese previously, as I recall. My point was that the most recent deadly Chinese mine accident could possibly be a catalyst for some improvement if management 'gets on the case' without delay.

I connected the CEO with the Dean of the CO School of Mines, the US Bureau of Mines safety guy, and the head of safety for the miner's union. All were quite interested in what IPKL had to offer back then. It's clearly a 'stone (w)itch' for a small company to break through the BS FED bureaucracy with all he high-paid Dizzy City Lobbying Pukes shoveling schmidt for the mine owners (like Rockefeller) who basically don't give a rat's arse.
