The conclusion doesn't exactly match the title.

It starts with "Japan's boffins: Global warming isn't man-made"

and then ends with

"Conclusion: Anthropogenic global warming theory still hypothetical"

"Hypothetical" isn't the same as "false". And IMO its a lot more reasonable claim.

There is a lot about climate we don't know, but I think both sides of the debate (perhaps esp. the "global warming is coming, its man made, and it will be a disaster if you don't follow Al Gore's plan" people, but not only them, people on the other side as well), act like their version of what's happening is so solid that only an idiot or someone paid off would challenge it.

I think recognizing the limits of our knowledge is important. We don't need either "Stop burning fossil fuels or we'll all die in 20 years" on one hand, or "we can be absolutely sure we will never have to do anything to stop, combat, or deal with, climate change" on the other.
