Lorne Senator Byrd is 100% right on this. Obama is undermining the system of checks and balance that America was established with his appointment of his "Czars". (That is not the American way.) Senator Byrd knows his Constitutional Law and Parliamentary Procedure like no other Congressman or Senator. When Obama first started referring to Czars the ugly head of Communism got raised. Obama has injected a new level of government into decision making. This means no transparency as he adds in the Czars. It's a coup without a drop of blood being shed if the Congress, both the House and the Senate allow this. Their rights as members of Congress and elected representatives of their respective states are being trounced on, usurped and superceded by Obama with his appointments. This is real arrogance on Obama's part imho. mj
