I truly don't have time to Google all that crap, but I used to drive out of VA and thru WVA on my way home from a huge semi-conductor plant project in Richmond. Its a really shrewd deal. An example would be something similar to the HQ for the US Army is still remaining at the Pentagon, but the entire procurement division and material storage yards having been moved to Lewisburg+/-, WVA. The scope of the shuffle is mind-boggling and all very well disguised as 'cost savings'. The local u-renta-grunts are cheaper, but the moves themselves cost Billions. Like Tawdry Teddy's Big Dig project - with no publicity. Jesse Jackarse & Bernie Madoff would be proud. .
