According to those 20, its okay to torture and murder an innocent victim so long as the victim is a foreigner and its an American soldier doing the torturing and killing.

You haven't produced any evidence this occurred. If it DID occur, and you know it to be a fact, then there would have been a Court Martial to punish this individual for his actions.

There was a court martial, a trial and now the guys are in jail:

It made all the papers......how come you all don't know about it?

The reason people are so disgusted by your remark is that you have no respect, whatsoever, for the soldiers who give their time, sometimes their lives, for YOUR freedom.

I have complete respect for those in the military that warrant it. Unfortunately, there are not as many as you all seem to think. And I will be damned if I will respect soldiers who torture and kill for the hell of it.

Do you know that the soldier who reported Abu Ghraib had to move from his hometown? That up until a year ago he was getting death threats?

Which have zero appreciation. Not an ounce of appreciation for what the brave Americans do.

You're a coward, criticizing heroes. It is no surprise that 20+ people saw fit to criticize you here.

Those are the same people who voted for Bush twice. Enough said.
