I think the best way to describe what you saying is this:

If the Government takes all the capital and uses it to employ people, just for that one purpose, making trillions of polyester purple miniskirts at a cost of $1 Trillion. There is 100% employment with people all making these miniskirts. There is of course no demand for the miniskirts, the money is spent and half or more goes out for the labor and half goes out for the materials etc, so the money boosts the economy right? The miniskirts can't be sold and sit in a warehouse somewhere as they continue the funding of miniskirt production with printed money and printed bonds and taxing people that make the miniskirts. The bottomline is how long can a society like this go on before it's bankrupt????? The stuff in the stimulus bill is no different than making trillions of purple miniskirts.
