I am not sure if that is a good use of their money. That money could be used to expand and improve their highway infrastructure and solve the overcrowding problem in cities such as Bombay, Calcutta etc. Just take all those shanties out as they have done in China.

I live in Bombay. a 12 mile commute from home to office is at least 1.5 hrs.

time to establish priorities....
