Tim told me that the certificate was made out to PRTI. He went on to say that since Puhr was no longer with the company, he could not assign that certificate to anyone else. Moreover, he told me that MVPH had not issued power of attorney to assign that certificate to anybody.

So if Puhr gave this to Morgan, it would appear it was not done legitimately.
